Spring 2012 Fees

Enrollment Fees (New Families Only – Non-Refundable)

  • Application Fee $80 per family, paid with application; $40 if enrolling in elective classes only
  • Placement Testing Fee Core only; $60 for 1st child, $50 for each additional; payable at time of testing
  • High School Transcript Review Core only; $25 payable at time of review

Core Class Fees for Spring 2012 Semester

To Be Paid At Time Of Registration

  • Registration Fee $55 for 1st child, $50 for each additional child (non-refundable); $205 limit per family, including electives.

Payable In Five Installments

(Late fee of $25 for payments not made by the 15th of each month)

Full Menu Pricing

  • 1/2 day infant                 $100 per semester (installments $20 each)
  • ½ day pre-school          $115 per semester (installments $23 each)
  • whole day pre-school  $150 per semester (installments $30 each)
  • K-12                                     $125 per semester (installments $25 each)
  • Secondary science classes have an additional $10 lab fee

A La Carte Pricing

  • Each class K-12 is $35 for the semester (installments $7 each).
  • Secondary science classes have an additional $10 lab fee.

Additional Fees

  • Utility fee $70 per family
  • Paid instructor fees as needed: $125-$225 depending on course
  • Parent Non-Participation Fee $75 per child for each unearned participation point
  • Lunch/Chapel Parent Non-Participation Fee $150 per child
  • Senior Graduation Fee $200 total ($100 per semester)
  • Schedule changes $20 per request after rosters are printed
  • Transcript fees $5 per transcript;  additional $10 for rush
  • Online Class Fee $300 per student
  • Textbook ordering service: book cost + shipping/handling + 10% service fee

Elective Class Fees for Spring 2012 Semester

  • Registration Fee $30 for 1st child, $25 for each additional child (non-refundable, but subject to the same $205 cap)

Payable In Five Installments

  • Schedule changes $20 per request after rosters are printed
